Question: I have an 11:40 am pick up but the bus shows up at 11:30. Is that normal?
Answer: Yes, Namekagon Transit values the importance of being early and will always aim to go above and beyond. We ask all passengers be ready up to 10 minutes prior to pick up time.
Question: Do you take credit or debit cards?
Answer: No
Question: Do the drivers carry change?
Answer: No
Question: What happens if there is bad weather?
Answer: We will announce any closings on FM radio stations: 88.9, 92.3 & 101.1, but feel free to call our dispatch for the most up to date information.
At Namekagon Transit it is our goal to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation to the residents in our service area. Our transportation services are wheelchair accessible and are open to the general public. We are available to take phone calls between 5:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and we are open until 9:00 p.m. on weekends.
